Electrical connection

NOTE:

1、When see the controller, please sure there is no damage. If have , please contact the supplier in time.

2Select the corresponding working voltage of the battery, the correct connection and positive and negative pole, is strictly prohibited!

3Connecting the conductor of the wind turbine, the three line of the wind turbine is not in order.

4The controller manually switch to the "Run". Charging system will be running.

Digital description:

1 is the positive and negative electrode of the battery,This controller is equipped with battery anti-reverse connection function,If the battery is positively negative, the controller will not have any display,When the battery is properly connected, wait about 10 seconds and the controller CHG/Break indicator will flash.

2’is the green led,when the system is working,led will be lit.

3’is the CHG/Break led,when battery will be charging and the current more than 1A,the LED will be GREEN,and if the battery Charge-Full or switch is on”Break”or the controller temperature over 70℃ the LED will be RED..

4’is emergency switch,the switch is on ’Break’,the system is in an emergency breaking state,as the same time the CHG/Break led will be RED.the switch is on ’Run’ site,the controller is in normal charge state.

5’is the connecting end of the wind generator which is connected with the three wire of the wind generator in turn, such as the direct generator or the single generator, will be connected with two of the three terminals. The controller is compatible with the market on the three-phase, single-phase and DC wind generator.This controller has a simpler operation.

Treatment method

Wind generator stop rotating

1. Check battery whether charge full or not.

2. Check the controller whether in manual breaking state.

3. Check the controller whether automatic braking.

4. Check the resistance value of wind generators output

1. If the battery is full the state is right, else connect manufacture.

2. If the controller is in manual breaking state please make controller is in running.

3. If yes, the wind generator state is right.

4. If have one or more value is less 0.4ohΩ, the wind generator is short circuit, please check it now.

Not charge

1. Check all cable terminal connection

2. Whether there is no wind or the wind speed is low

3. Check the controller input voltage of wind.

1. Whether connection is not strong, fastening.

2. If yes, it is right.

3. If low or the voltage is not same there is an overhaul on wind generator.
